- トライアル(英: trial)は、英米法(コモン・ロー)の国で、民事事件及び刑事事件について、公開の法廷で行われる事実審理をいう。
- 日本の刑事裁判における公判に比較的似ており、公判と訳すこともあるが、トライアルは刑事事件・民事事件共通の手続である。なお、日本国憲法第82条は、原案(英文)のtrialを「対審」と訳している。
