- 博覧会(はくらんかい)は、物品や資料などを集めて一般公開する催しのこと。様々な物品を集めて展示する博覧会(国内博覧会)は、1798年、フランス革命の時期のパリで開催された。1849年までにパリで11回にわたり開催され、徐々に規模が大きくなっていった。
