顧客（こきゃく、customer カスタマー）とは、自社の商品やサービスを販売する対象のこと。「顧客」は、やや経営学寄りの用語（やや学問的な表現）であり、きちんとした組織内では、しばしば気持ちを込めたり、顧客との関係を明らかにしつつ「お客様」と表現することが一般的である。
