- 会社(かいしゃ)は、日本法上、株式会社、合名会社、合資会社、合同会社、特定目的会社および投資法人をいう。法人ではない場合は個人会社と呼ばれる。また、外国法における類似の概念(イギリスにおけるcompanyなど)の訳語としても用いられる。
